We have experience with a multitude of techniques that allows one to regroup, reground, and revitalize through mindfulness, meditation, affirmations, and practical goal setting. Sometimes we simply need reminders of tools to harness our inherent strength.

We offer individual and group sessions in New York City, which take place in the comfort of your own home or your business. Sessions are forty-five minutes, but can be adapted to fit your schedule. Contact us for details.
